The Office of Planning and Administration is responsible for general affairs related to personnel management and university development. It takes care of the legal affairs required for the administration of the University as well as internal and external affairs at the University. Moreover, the Office is the department that coordinates the University’s administrative affairs.

Develop critical University policies and manage all university regulations

Core Responsibilities

  • Planning
    • Establish long/short-term development plans for the University
    • Personnel affairs: Process all the affairs related to appointment, promotion, and other affairs pertaining to University faculty and staff
    • Develop critical University policies and manage all university regulations
  • General management
    • Purchasing: Responsible for all contract-based work at the University and the purchasing of equipment
    • Accounting: Responsible for University funds (deposits/withdrawals), transparent execution of budgeting and settlement of accounts
    • Management: Responsible for creating a pleasant educational environment by managing all available facilities of the University
